American Realty Advisors (ARA) is pleased to announce the opening of its new expanded  office space at 150 North Wacker in the heart of Chicago’s West Loop. The firm opened its original Chicago office in 2007 and it is now the firm's second largest office, behind its Los Angeles headquarters. The move reflects a renewed commitment to the firm’s presence and growth in the Midwest and the value it places on the talent of the Chicago market.

“We’re excited to offer this vibrant new workspace for our team to collaborate and work efficiently in executing our investment strategies,” said Stanley Iezman, ARA’s Chairman and CEO.

The new office will drive ARA’s further growth and is designed to be attractive to the area’s diverse talent pool. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows with light-filled conference rooms, a state-of-the-art technology suite, and expansive views of downtown Chicago. Other building amenities include access to a Peloton gym, an on-site Starbucks Coffee, and easy access to Union Station and multiple CTA bus stops.

ARA’s leadership joined the Chicago team in December for a grand opening event. Executive Managing Director, Jay Butterfield noted, “We view Chicago and our presence here as a vital part of our firm’s overall growth and ability to serve our clients in the Central U.S.  Our team is excited about the new space, and we invite clients, consultants, and potential investors to come by and visit!"

In addition to Chicago and its Los Angeles headquarters, ARA has four other office locations in Boston, New York, Orlando, and Philadelphia.
