American Realty Advisors is excited to announce its fourth annual Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders program will be held November 3-5, 2023. The two-and-a-half-day virtual program provides undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds an opportunity to explore careers in commercial real estate institutional investment.

Through hands-on experience, educational sessions, and exposure to senior executives, students will gain insight into our business from guest speakers, workshops, and participation in a case competition.

Featuring Keynote Speaker London Kemp Boykin, Director of Global Portfolio Strategy and Transactions at Amazon.

Students will get the opportunity to participate in an interactive Keynote Q&A session with London Kemp Boykin moderated by ARA’s Chairman and CEO Stanley Iezman.

Ms. Kemp Boykin leads global portfolio strategy, research and analytics, and transaction management for approximately 60 million square feet of commercial real estate at Amazon. She has more than 15 years of experience managing multi-billion-dollar U.S. and international real estate portfolios at companies including Walmart, NBC, Ingram Micro, Netflix, and Amazon.

Starting in 2021, Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders has hosted more than 60 students selected to participate out of hundreds of applicants. Featured speakers have included Dr. Raphael Bostic, the 15th President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Malcolm Johnson, CEO of Langdon Park Capital, and Ron Frierson, the Director of Economic Development for the Western U.S. at Amazon.
