Amy Xiao is ARA’s Co-Fund Controller and part of the team that manages ARA’s value-added strategy through its open-end commingled fund. Ms. Xiao is responsible for the oversight, accounting, and reporting of the asset portfolio. Prior to joining ARA, Ms. Xiao worked in Financial Planning & Analysis at CIM Group primarily focused on the budgeting and forecasting of the public real estate fund. Before that, she held positions at Houlihan Lokey and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Valuation Advisory. Ms. Xiao is a CFA® charterholder.
Ms. Xiao has over 17 years of experience and earned a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
