Bill Pantazopoulos is ARA’s Senior Vice President, Dispositions, responsible for all facets of the disposition process as well as for the administrative oversight of the firm’s Chicago office. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Pantazopoulos was a Senior REO Asset Manager for Bayview Asset Management, where he was responsible for the management and disposition of a diverse portfolio of OREO properties for institutional clients. Before that, he was a Principal with ARK Real Estate Advisors, a Vice President-Asset Management/Dispositions for ORIX Real Estate Capital, and an Associate with Eastdil Secured in Chicago. Mr. Pantazopoulos has also worked as a real estate consultant with Ernst & Young and Arthur Anderson.
Mr. Pantazopoulos has over 27 years of experience and earned a B.S. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
