Ivy Holz

Ivy Holz is Assistant Vice President, Investors Relations, responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing institutional business relationships for the firm’s full range of real estate investment products. She also assists with the communication, reporting, and management of client relations with ARA’s commingled fund investors. In addition, Ms. Holz oversees ARA’s Tomorrow’s Real Estate Leaders student program. Prior to joining ARA, Ms. Holz was most recently an Associate with Mesa West Capital and prior to that she was with Cushman & Wakefield in the firm’s Capital Markets group. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations at Radford University and has completed additional coursework in Real Estate Finance at American University.
