Matt Sledz is responsible for project management, construction oversight, and coordination services for all asset types across the country ensuring project objectives, budgets and schedulers are met. Mr. Sledz also servers as a resource for due diligence, disposition, development, Cap-Ex, R&M, ADA, and other issues related to the built environment. Prior to joining ARA, Mr. Sledz was Director of Corporate Architecture at Walgreen Co. where he led numerous projects across the country, including corporate and regional offices, call centers, data centers, distribution centers, specialty pharmacy, mail service, medical office, and retail stores. Mr. Sledz is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Mr. Sledz has over 33 years of experience and earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
