Todd Hanson is an Executive Vice President on ARA’s Asset Management team, serving as the co-sector leader for residential properties responsible for developing and overseeing strategic and tactical asset-level investment decisions. He also works closely with the portfolio management team directing residential acquisition and disposition efforts within the core and value-add investment strategies of the firm.
Most recently, Mr. Hanson served as the Managing Director at RM Communities, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s real estate investment and asset management activities. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and Head of Investments at The ConAm Group. He began his career practicing corporate law before transitioning into investment banking and commercial real estate.
Mr. Hanson has over 22 years of experience and earned a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, a J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law, and a M.B.A from Northwestern University.
